FSG paid for the upgrades to the stadium and training ground via loans that were given by a subsidiary or multiple subsidiaries of FSG, something that begs the question "who exactly is benefiting from the interest payments on these loans?".

Iirc LFC did the first rebuild (main stand for certain & training complex - not so sure) under a low interest loan provided to LFC by FSG.
They were fairly open about it, and accused of goodwill seeking

The ARE was through more normal financing. In part due to financial compliance, perhaps some part ingratitude.

This should silence the tin foil hatters who said it was only a token attempt to sign him and money wasn't there. This boys gonna be an absolute super star, nailed on ballon dor winner. Well done to entire team getting this over the line great start to strengthening the team.

Depends how he performs for us. I haven't really noticed the media talk about the fees for Grealish, Rice or Caicedo.
