The BL is an easier league, but he provides goals & assists.
Smaller in stature, he looks a busier player.
VVD to help him settle in and his bestie Wirtz has been spotted arriving to the training complex.

    Very exciting addition

he is, and he'll be great for us

but think he'll be targeted defensivly a lot and make some mistakes... against the wingers of the prem.....

however i think his pace will make up for some of that, recovery work etc

don't expect him to be solid I don't think anyone should expect him to be very good defensivily, he's not that player

he's actually more of a winger.... but suits how the modern game has gone...... inside forwards-- fullbacks... more like wingers etc

10 years ago or so he'd defo be a right winger, nowhere near the back 4

No expert on him, but he looks like he'll be targeted for his height defensively.
His pace is impressive and he looks like he'll get stuck in more than Trent did. And a different attacking style than Trent, like you say he's suited to right mid or right wing forward and plays there for the Dutch as well sometimes. Think he might suit Slots style of play a little better.
I've seen him speaking a little on YouTube since he's arrived, and he's a bit of a character, no doubt he's here to win the big ones

Always had the look of a man who’s been sucking on a wasp since childhood and still in no mood to let it go.

He's still pissed off that he missed that penalty in the European cup final shootout in 84...

Nicol is sound. Like everybody else he has his opinions that some might question, but he's a funny guy and he definitely still loves the club. Yesterday when asked "what new signing for your club got you excited to be able to play with them?", his answer was John Barnes. Cracking choice.

Loved Nicol to bits as a player but as pundit he's like that mate who just says stuff to be intentionally contraversial. He would tell you Maradona was 'overrated' just to get a rise out of you!
