Pearce saying we aren't in for Rodrygo. Personally I'd be surprised if a deal for Isak doesn't happen.
Definitely need a CB as well though, we can't rely on what we currently have fitness wise. Virgil never an issue but the other two are not reliable enough at all .

Giovanni Leoni is someone we could look at "for the future" if he was going to be our 4th choice for a while, though he likely isn't really ready for Premier League football just yet - one to watch.

Plays at Parma currently - both the Milan clubs are very keen.

We need someone in, you simply can't rely on Gomez. he can't even train without pulling or straining a muscle.. he will never play more than 10 games a season

Reports that the fee will be around £69m. It's over 30m profit, good business in that sense but I can't work out if he's been pushed out.
The club don't seem to have made much effort to offer a new deal and have cashed in whilst they can. I'm sad he's leaving, underrated player but 30m profit on him at this stage is good business by the club wether we like it or not. Especially when you look at who we have brought in and potentially looking to bring in..

Agreed 100%, and he chips in with goals. He also has a determination and doesn't give up. Wish we were keeping him.
