Yes about trent but that's different as people blamed him for us conceding goals even though we won the league with him.. and at times wanted bradley to start over him, that's a bit different to what you're doing here, but I don't expect you to understand...

I can't - as I have repeatedly said - if you would care to actually read what I have posted kev - without prejudice.. I have been largely agreeing with your points. I don't think we are as bad as you are making out but I agree with the points.

Everyone has their hunches about what has changed and why we didn't do x or y.

As I mentioned about Trent earlier - many were expecting a drop off in creativity without him BUT expecting more solidity in defending that flank.. Hasn't happened. BUT then one could argue Slot hasn't helped that by chopping and changing Frimpong - Bradley and most strange of all - taking Dom out of midfield to play there.

And the point on Gakpo again - totally agree hence the Diaz posts.

We've had a few players who have also fluttered their eyelashes in Barcelona's direction. Reina, Mascherano, Suarez, Coutinho. None of us know the details as to what deal we offered Diaz, if we did offer him one, and we also don't know what his plans were. If he was dead set on going elsewhere, there would have been nothing those behind the scenes could have realistically done about it.

Would I like Diaz to still be at the club? Yes. But then again I didn't like him and his family fluttering their eyes in Barca's direction after what the club did in regards to the situation his father found himself in.
