Taking bets, Bradley to get sent off before half time 2/1

    For a yellow Evens

If almoron has got any brains get Mbuembo etc running at the right side of our back 4

It’s Curtis justme not Sadly, although….

To be honest, MacAlkister has been absolutely pants this season so far, so Jones wouldn’t be a step down unfortunately.

He may persist with Wirtz, who knows.

Pretty sure this will be a rebuilding/ experimental season anyway, so not too hopeful going into games right now, second or not.

Oh is that what it is now Miller I thought FSG& fans thought we spent so much to stay on top have a chance in the champions league

but yeah we can call it that, it'll make us feel better, I guess.

Shouldn't be the case though, need to make most of salah/VVD whilst they're here, that'll be a rebuilding job when they've gone especially if we still need a CB and a LW and no6

Too many changes at once Kev and that’s FSG’s fault, or at least Hughes and Edwards, no free pass from me.

    Mamardashvili
    Frimpong Gomez Virgil Kerkez
    Gravenberch Dom
    Wirtz
    Salah Ekitike Chiesa

We might as well play Wirtz and try and get him up to speed. We're at home too. If it's not working bring on Macca (imagine Macca will be tired from travel but did get some goals last night). Could go either way with Chiesa: we could start Gakpo as he got a few goals internationally.

Yep - the less pressure he feels the better, benching him now would probably be counter productive. We want all the noise of the fee to die down OR for him to be written off completely - get the monkey off his back.. Either would help. The more he plays the more he gets up to the speed of the Prem. We haven't looked great without him either...so seems a good strategy.

Yeah. We haven't looked great whoever's playing. Of the outfield players against Chelsea, only Isak and Kerkez were new this season. So we might as well play through the pain. With the additional subs these days it means you can change it significantly if it's not working so we'd have:

    Gakpo/Chiesa
    Macca
    Bradley
    Robbo
    Jones
    Endo
    Konate (if fit)

    ...all on the bench

Wirtz and Isak have to start forming a relationship on the pitch so they have to start , especially at home.
It's up to Arne to get them going.
