    Your team v Manchester City

Same again for me extra day to recover has the option to to be 4312 also

    Mamardashvili

    Bradley Konate Van Dijk Robertson

    Szoboszlai Gravenberch Mac Allister

    Salah Ektike Wirtz

433 Improved pressing and counter pressing game, Intensity tempo variation passing finishing leave 2 up one hanging wide one more central depending on the play, inside out and outside in runs looking to be released in behind down the line or through the channels

    Get the win no excuses

we can't drop any more points or we might be out of it by christmas, simple as that

Hopefully arsenal drop some in next games, sunderland away spurs at home never know it's a derby and Chelsea away...

and we win are games and we get back in it.

if we lose and arsenal win 10 point gap, game over.

To be honest, if we can't figure out how to deal effectively with low blocks, then Sundays result will mean little in terms of title defence.

Again Slot mentions the tactics used against us, like he just can't figure out what to do. Perhaps Wirtz in that forward left/free role might help to unpick packed defences with Hugo's skill. For me, Gakpo sadly is too predictable against them.

Team to play Dortmund: Donnarumma, Nunes, Stones, Gvardiol, O’Reilly, Nico, Reijnders, Savinho, Foden, Doku, Haaland.

pretty strong team at home to dortmund

we benefit from a extra day rest

Foden back in form and the mutant hammering everything in that comes his way. Could do with both their hamstrings going in the game lol. We'll need to start well Sunday and deflate them

The team needs to try and deny Haaland any space to run into. Some might say that you should never focus on just one player, but I think we should make an exception for in this case.

Ekitike should give them plenty to worry about too.

We ‘used to’ use switches on low blocks, compress them all into an area usually our right, go back one and hit a cross field diagonal switch, often dropping over the CBs for LFWD arriving far post area

We did also used to play the up & down ball hit with backspin for runners in behind and scored quite a few literally dropping it just over the heads of CBs in their own 18 yard line

We also had peak Mo and Mane busting past a player moving them

And the quicker ball with backspin hit longer to release a player in behind or our full back win the second ball and start from there as it’s easier to defend from having your man and against mid tempo passing on the deck than a full back coming out of nowhere to win that second ball with time and space, all of a sudden they have no pressure on the ball and we had runners
