I wonder how much input Slot had, or did the 'transfer comittee' just plough on ahead. I just wonder did Slot want these players, because he seems to have no clue what to do with them.

The only thing on that is Wirtz has said his conversations with slot convinced him to join us. So if that's true, then that would say slot wanted wirtz. On the others who knows. Isak seems to be one slot wanted based on other reports.

Was letting Diaz go up to slot?
Was letting quansah go and replacing him a kid up to slot?

Regarding wirtz, I'm going by what wirtz said.

But overall on who comes in and goes, I do t think he has a lot of say. He will be in the conversation but the top brass are making the decisions.
