He's at the wheel

He’s done for me, when he lost 7 (SEVEN) most credible fans were crying out for him to revert to the 433 we won the league playing
He reluctantly and belatedly did so for 3 games and we won two looking vastly improved and got stitched up v City and he used that defeat to revert back to what wasn’t working
You can’t play that open with that many players looking to be in space not picking up not fighting and winning your battles and snub so many chances to be direct when it’s in and cause the opposition problems in this league
It’s not fucking Holland 4231 overly tappy crappy “Don’t shoot Vinny” has been dead in the Premier League since 2019/20
"If Everton were playing at the bottom of my garden, i'd close the curtains”
He's at the wheel
I thought last seasons win might give him some credit in the bank but I’m not so sure now.
Closer to relegation than the top and no signs of a system / way to play.
People blame the likes of Wirtz and Isak but I think a better manager gets those players playing to their strengths.
Get Semenyo and Guehi in and let’s see what happens.
As good as Mo has been for us he is no where near the levels expected now.
Is that down to the manager or has age finally caught up with him?
It’s the change of system and too many players looking to be in space and not enough picking up and winning their battles
lets not blame Slot for Diaz leaving, I'm sure those who run finances couldn't turn down the offer. which is understandable
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
Anyway, I heard there was rumours of an extended contract for Slot. i'm sure thats been put on hold. so likely he will go in the next few months.
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
Agree - Slot would never have sanctioned that - a decision based on our ridiculous business model. A model that stopped Klopp from achieving 3 times more.. Don’t agree it’s understandable.
Only understandable IF you are billionaires who couldn’t give a flying fook about your biggest franchise beyond its ability to make you a huge profit,
Diaz leaving doesn't excuse the other 20 players in the squad from not doing the basics, not running, not defending properly, not supporting the player with the ball...
