A 6, a CB and a wide forward are absolutely desperate.

Getting all of those quickly, at the level we desire, could be a challenge.

If we were limited to one (talking January here, not indefinitely) I'd prioritise a 6 with a genuine capacity for the "destroyer" or "putting out fires" side of the game and move to a Diamond.

Wouldn't solve every problem, but would really help with the variations we could utilise in the midfield, could tighten us up a touch and could help us in the central attacking areas.

Personally I see Guehi and Semenyo coming in in January.
Then I see Chiesa going in the summer when I also believe Salah will go to Saudi for roughly the same fee as we pay for (I hope) Olise.

What's the point apart from Guehi ?

Seasons done, can't see us spending nearly 100m which is what it'll take for both, we wasted too much in the summer

Crazy decions... not bringing a wide player in, obviously a proven CB too, and another midfielder that's a tough nut....... fucking jokers the staff behind the scenes..... ruined us, they've totally fucked us,

Should've signed Semenyo, Guehi, Anderson to replace jones or endo to start with, they both can go and 2 can come in.... same with Salah on the right, let's focus on the future, because we're going to have to sooner or later, VVD&Salah coming to a end.

I agree Kev, posted earlier there was no constructive thought process in our summer spending. Wirtz being the biggest example of that. How is he (a £100m 10 when we don’t even play with a 10) supposed to be improving us??

Yep bonkers, why did we need a "Luxery player" ?? midfield was fine, we just needed a better option for rotation for grav,maca etc, crazy... when we needed a CB no6 and a forward player with pace and goals in my eyes anyway... not Wirtz..

whoever made these decisions need to leave.... also I don't think are owners have much clue about football.....
