In human biology there are 2 sexes. Male and Female with a rare occurrence of hermaphrodites who typically are more one sex than the other.

Under the social constructionist movement there are an infinite series of genders. Earthwormself, 2 spirit blackbird/woman, gender fluid, etc etc etc etc.

One of these is observable in human biology. The other is not.

If you want to take a 2-spirit, gender fluid, earthwormself view of race, please do not rely on biology, and instead argue everything is a social construct.

As stated, race is not defined by a genome, but through genentic clusters.

Under a social constructionist take, males who rape females, rape women with her penis. (Here her penis is the male rapists penis)

Under a biological take, males who rape females, rape women with his penis.

One group sends males who rape women to the male prison.
The other group permits males who rape women to serve time in female prisons, and even after raping female inmates.

It is fascinating watching you relying on social constructionism, having stated it only matters in the English language... but then such contradictions are your forte
