You're a very strange character, JockStrap.
If doing your own thing involves taking shots at me then expect them back. And plenty of them.

At least you've learnt a new phrase. Tele clapper (whatever that means). Well done. Good for you.

Yes. Was exactly like that against Leeds. We looked promising first half but it went nowhere sadly.

Maybe/Hopefully the second half of the season has a different look by the end?
We have been toothless up front for a lot of this season and I personally don't look at it thinking there's something that's going to bear fruit in how we are playing. I thought early on on the season in the first few games it was like that, glimpses of stuff but not now.
It's the same repeated pattern and it's easy for teams to set up and stifle us. Arsenal and Fulham will likely attack which could provide us with something but they'll also cause us problems at the back.
I'm on the fence as to whether it's worth sticking with slot. On the one hand he deserves time for winning the league. Also we don't want to get on the manager merry go round like united. I think the club will give him time. I'm just not convinced he knows what he's doing and maybe he's been found out a bit. He seems like a nice man. He speaks well but the lack of va va voom, the dour brand of football.

It was telling the other week that after chiesa might have kept him in a job and saved us from yet another loss, Slot just said "yes he did what good players do and get back to cover" or something to that effect. Very uninspiring stuff. Antithesis of klopp at least in that moment.

There's a thread about Arne Slot. If you want to moan about him not being Jurgen Klopp, that would be a good place to do it.

What i found the most funniest thing so far from Joke Strap. was yesterday and his contribution of asking where people were when the team was winning.. And i replied we were all here, It was you who weren't around. Only time this pleb appears is to shut down people who criticise the team and managers performance, So basically hes trolling, like he did with his "fake Scottish text" hes here to cause unrest

But yeah that clause is in there. Which is very strange. Does it only apply to holding?

Also, here's what it says about penalties:

But holding is an exception? It can start outside the box?

Whatever the case, someone needs to inform the refs. I don't remember ever seeing penalties being given under those circumstances. And they all missed it yesterday.
Well I think everyone is in agreement that it wasn't given because Ekitike didn't go down.

According to the fa web page it should be a pen. But again, the whole debate is, is it only given if the player goes down? That's why it was "missed".

Wonder if training has changed much. Are we as fit? Or is it the tactics to ease off due to injury concerns? Either way, it's very concerning because we look pedestrian in the last 25mins of matches.

That’s what he’s always been about

He’s desperate to support Slot as it’s clear he’s dragging us backwards

He’s not an LFC fan that’s for sure
