Not really expecting much from this game, but who knows we're the underdogs going into it and that helps sometimes, just hope we can defend corners/free kicks

Play a 433 let the full backs get ahead of the mids press and counter press, pick up and shout and point and direct each other to pick up, we have to we can’t keep picking up except for one man free in acres where we have 3 or 4 players
Play with intensity, tempo and variation, mix it up, have runs in behind, be direct, use the long diagonals and switches and back them up with players advancing to win any second ball then work and move it really quickly from there
When we’re advanced in their half of full backs or LCM or RCM covering them should be picking up their LFWD or RFWD if left advanced or pushing right in to them if they track back
Play like we did for 20 minutes v Fulham but for 96 minutes and much better NO tappy crappy Arsenal press really well, they’ll nick it if we try playing like that

I'll try be positive but I don't think anyone is totally excited for this game, who knows maybe we'll find it easier and perform better against the "top team". I hate these cunts =(
at least they'll try and play, well I hope... recent issues =seems like it's such hard work to score a goal, pass pass let them reshape pass sideways to the left, to the right shake it all about.... get hit on the counter by 1 direct ball... and score out of nowhere and be behind...... that's what it's all about wheeeeey liverpool FC
it's almost comical how easy it is for teams to score against us yet takes us so much effort and time, of course we're not going to get consistent wins and be league winners.

Most people are expecting us to get a hiding. I think it will be close. Arsenal at home will open up and that will naturally leave space for us. We need Ekitike fit though. If he's out that's a huge blow.

Bradley Konate Virgil Robbo
Gravenberch Jones

Gooner Steve can give us the low down on Arsenal.

triggered much.. ? Bad day for some - getting outed as a shill, Mo scores, and Slots abysmal loss record this year all in one day…
But no - we make a great underdog.
Or rather should I say - you lot make a good underdog![]()
‘Gooner Steve’ says Liverpool can defo get a result. Every man and his dog expects the Arse to clean the Pool out.
However that puts a team well known as bottlers under big pressure.
interesting game. Could decide if Slot stays until the end of the season or not.
Quick someone - make a poll.. 🤔
I can't see Slot getting sacked this month at all - I think we'd need to re-enter truly dreadful form again for that to happen soon.
We have two Champion's League fixtures this month - so we're (as near as makes no difference) 3 weeks from potentially being in the knock-out stages of the Champion's League and potentially being in 4th spot at the same time.
Naturally if we enter February and find ourselves in 6th/7th and having botched our European campaign the environment could change, but unless that happens I think he'll be trusted a little longer.
Stop the talk about slot getting sacked ffs it's not happening yet as much as you want it to......
It's a shame because we could've got Glasner or good old Limer RosseRR like chelsea & utd will end up, what quality managers and bigtime names.
