What's all this love for Alonso? We showed interest 18 months ago and he ignored us waiting for Madrid to flutter their eyelashes at him. Once they did it was a done deal.

I would avoid jeopardising his legacy. The man still looks exhausted from running this club from top to bottom for 9 years.

I have my doubts on Alonso, regarding Jurgen, i heard an interview of his , saying if he ever came back to management he would never manage another club in England other than Liverpool. I dunno how old that clip was though.

I mentioned my comment last night, regarding this situation, cause of the links of Klopp to Madrid. It could all be nonsense and hes no intention of returning to football management, but if there is a tiny possibility. everyone here would take him back in a heartbeat
