And whatever competition it really doesn’t matter as it covers ALL competitions in the 18/19 losses.

You could for instance just say ok let’s just do FA Cup well yeah but in a year we won it we look great but in the year Watford knocked us out we don’t. So across all comps is the only way to look at the team as a whole.

So if you’re Mrs Slott on here masquerading as say .. a Scottish fan … then yeah across all comps is not gonna look good.. is it?

We won a PL title in 2025.

Off the top of my head we lost a few irrelevant games in the grand scheme of things.

CL loss to PSV playing the kids at the end kf the groupstages.
Lost a 1st leg tie to Spurs.
Lost 2 games at the end of the PL season after wrapping up the title.
We lost the charity shield on penalties.

We lost to PSG at home in the CL 2nd leg last year and we lost a EFL Cup final last year to Newcastle.
Those are the 2 significant loses from last season in 2025.

This season in 2025, we've lost 6 significant games in the PL. Weve drawn too many also.

For me win rate is the most important factor.

In theory you could win a quadruple and lose more games than a midtable team that played 40 games total.
