Right, enough of the negativity doing the rounds. If you want to moan, there are plenty of other threads for that. This is a positive space for those of us who actually want to support the manager.

That was the original intent of the thread. Based on that Marseille performance I'm really excited to see where this team goes. Kerkez, Wirtz, Ekitike and Frimpong have all settled now and every one of them looks the real deal. The other players raised their game to that level too and it shows that when they all play to a high standard we still have an awesome team.

What do we think now folks? Still too early for some or are you ready to jump aboard the Slot Express?

It didn’t need changing

Their levels were higher as we played normally with the team being the star not trying to play everything through Wirtz and with a better balance of inters picking up and those looking to be in space

I hope Slit can learn from this as we’ve had a few games like this, after which he’s bizarrely reverted to what hasn’t worked so fingers crossed

Last night proved that Slot is a top class manager. Seems pretty classy as a person too. Certainly comes across that way in all his interviews. I'm glad he's at LFC.

Let's hope for a deep run in the CL and a few more good wins in the PL to give fans a lift for the rest of the season.

I really want slot to succeed , we haven’t been playing well but I hope it comes back full circle , although I wish he would shut up about the low block , it’s all he goes on about and gives the media cannon fodder

I’m pleased he changed tactics and used Jurgen’s box midfield and that isn’t a dig at him it shows flexibility and adaptability

I only knew about the box midfield because Jurgen used it sone games mostly against the Manc as Shaw would own Mo

Bobby would drop and either LCM or RCM would slot in 😂 alongside him as another 10
