Seemed liek a good idea at the time...
I’m sure you have Jozza I knew that as I looked yesterday 😂 I wasn’t long after you on the account I lost the email for, sure it was that year after the World Cup as I’d been the main contributor to a World Cup site and searched out Liverpool forums after that

I don’t know why all the reasoned debate has gone, some ppl get me wrong because of how I write, I write my own opinion but I’m happy to entertain others, it used to spark debate and from doing the WC site I’d try and think of new threads to create to start debate all the time

A lot of poster now don’t like longer posts either because of social media I think so that doesn’t help for debate either

Cheers! I can see my profile now that I’ve posted. My username was stolen from the classic King of the Hill character. I used to be a gigging musician and used it as a pseudonym. Looking back now though, how ridiculous!

Hah hah brilliant the quality I loved about most of us here was although we’d fight out corner in opinions we didn’t take ourselves too seriously as some thought

I used to work bands I was working a hip hop actor managing had an old Nokia 3310!which I dropped and broke the case, the rapper gave me a case off his sons phone

There I was international tour manager with an old a Nokia 3310 with a case themed “Can you smell what The Rock Is cooking” 😂 ridiculous

Another biggest dick thread I see, swing it around boys.

I've lurked since 1992 on here, seen it all been through the wars, it's taken it's toll, I look 80 years old I have ptsd, and I have nightmares every night about 19x & Stevo doing it up the bum. "job done".

If i put as much time on here, and posts learning actually useful stuff, like languages I'd be able to speak multiple by now

Instead i'm arguing with know it alls, know everything inside and out of the club reasons players leave, and what players are thinking, never wrong, hard men, and you can't have a opinion anymore, it's 2026 on lfconline.

It's like the pre-african invasion... good old classic british culture everywhere and spoken in the olden days, now it's just a fuckfest.

Make LFCONLINE great again, we need trump, at least someone will have some balls around here instead of getting tongues dirty, we use to be able to talk about football, and talk sense the standard has gone downhill by trolls drastically, and people not engaging, but insulting if you disagree, get a grip.

Just seen you posts rusty, no way was that aimed at you just incase.

Oh dear we’re apparently not allowed to reminisce about the forums glory days

I’ve enjoyed it, it made me remember how great this forum has been and so many stories of so many characters

Who WAS the guy who just posted loads of pictures of hot girls in off topic?

it's a pitty some people are stuck in the past, like the Klopp era

Instead of focusing on what we can do now, and make the forum better but it's old anyway, have you seen any modern forums lately? it's wonderful what you can do.

It's like comparing Dial up to broadband.

Black n white TV > Colour.

I am active on a few, and get on well with pretty much most of the lads, certain people here wouldn't last a day, I guess i'm only here because of nostalgia and growing up with this forum, but sadly it's becoming a bitter end, but it's been a ride, I did however use to love this forum, but all things come to a end.

I like this forum and the people in it, we had some great times through hard times

I think Jurgen being so damned good shut down a lot of the debate 😂 we all had a lot more to say about selections and had good reasons to complain and suggest other things before him and after him this season

If you’re picking up points at a lower rate than Corporal Jones outside your first 5 games people are going to moan and have every right to without censure we always have

That’s what a lot of the debate was about before we were winning most games
