Think we need to face it now. Last season was the one last hurrah for players like Mo, Virgil and Robbo. They gave their all and helped drive us to that league title. But time is up. They no longer have the legs to play at the very top level. Slot has a rebuild on his hands and it's going to take time.

To be clear, if this league form continues Slot will be gone in the summer if not before. But any manager coming in whether that's Alonso, Enrique or anyone else still has a big job on their hands. We'll be in transition for a while.
