Need to pick up counter press is literally picking up a player our side of them so if our play breaks down they can’t play out and we can win it back quickly

He was fairly quiet overall. Would have loved to see him bury that chance. He tried to place it instead of blast it. Of course everything is perfect with hindsight.
Given his undoubted quality he'll be back firing soon enough.
