Plenty of good players - THIS is what is pissing so many off, We didn’t buy shyte. And we added it to a title winning side - out injuries have been nothing compared to Arsenals last season and look at us.

what pisses me off how we signed somehow nobody in January.... baffling...

maybe FSG worked out the costs of signing someone & losing out on europe and decided not to bother and just write the season off

Silly shit i've seen with FSG in charge over the years, wouldn't happen at other clubs, players like Kabak Davies Rhys williams having to start..... or not signing a player desperately need cover or for a position......

simply only we do it like this, this means more I guess.

Some people at the club should be arrested stuck on a cross and let the birds at em.....

If we'd signed Guehi in January, who sits out for the rest of the season at CB?
VOTE JOCKY tae fix this fiasco.

    Who said anything about CB?

Could've been a number of positions, if we did sign Guehi would've given a option to be flexible with formation and try something different mind well if isak was fit too.

Doing nothing is just damn neglectful and it would not happen at the likes of arsenal chelsea or City, even UTD, even villa have made moves due to injuries.

Guehi was the most obvious example because he was available and people were shouting about it when he went to City.

It’s a question of the players being trusted happy coached and managed, not micro managed properly these are mostly title winning players

This level of performance from the same players can only be down to the manager

Agree with the sentiment….but only if we swap ‘manager’ for ‘management.’ We’ve moved away from the traditional British "Gaffer" and adopted a US/European structure. It’s a world away from what we know

CEO of Football (Head of Ops) - Michael Edwards

Sporting Director (General Manager) / Richard Hughes

Head Coach (Head Coach) - Arne Slot

This is why I can’t pin this season solely on Slot; his influence just isn't that great imo.

The dismantling of Klopp’s mixed core of youth and experience - through sales and the massive holes left by Trent and Jota RIP demanded a super clinical summer window. We bought "top’ players, but did we buy the players we needed?

To my eyes, this squad looks weaker on paper than the one Klopp handed over and let’s be honest…even that title-winning side is unlikely to lift the trophy without City’s collapse and Arsenal’s injury crisis. Slot was dealt a great hand by Jurgen and he enjoyed plenty of fortune last season. Into 2025/26 and he has been dealt a tough hand in the first year of a brand-new system, trying to balance a huge outlay against a squad that’s lost its balance

]No Szobo this is an absolutely must win game a must win game all our remaining games are must win games

    Alisson

    Ramsay Konate Van Dijk Robbo

    Gravenberch Jones Mac Allister

    Salah Ekitike Wirtz

Probably trying to leave Salah & Ekitike up top Wirtz linking more Ekitike’s side with him more central and Robbo who has better delivery pushed up for width Leaves a fair amount of space for any of the 3 mids to arrive in

Get the win play like we did hair the first half hour second half and keep playing like that

Need a strong centre and right side
