    Joe Gomez

Well good to have him fit said since 18-19 he was never a top CB & he’d serve us best at RB and he’s actually upped his game at it, he’s stopped backing off trying to be more front foot and aggressive

What has given him another dimension now is that long throw it’s really quite excellent the one Gakpo misses a sitter one was brilliant

Let’s hope he continues to improve in all of it a d stays fit

We are - I hope we can get the balance right between using him as sparingly as possible and as often as possible whilst keeping risk minimal.

Definitely fingers crossed. Hopefully both he and Frimpong can stay fit and help cover that area.

Disappointing last time out turning his back on the shot to deflect it past Alisson

Knee jerk from Slot hooking Ibou he covers RCB & RB a lot of games the Wolves goal was t his fault and we wouldn’t have conceded the second where he still on

Joe’s long throw could also be a potent weapon in tonight’s game

Maybe that's how he'll score his first goal?
