Thing is it’s not just the fact we lost. We lost in exactly the same way we have lost numerous points this season. Totally incapable of seeing a game out against absolutely ANY level of opposition.

No chance with slot in charge,to stubbon to change it,a decent manage adapts.

We have more points on the board than Chelsea do.

We have every chance. I'm not saying it in any sort of "bravado" way or to be a "top Red" etc - it's just the Nature of going for Champion's League qualification.

We are incredibly fortunate, given how poor we have been, that Villa aren't that far away, that Chelsea are behind us (for now) and that 5th spot will probably be enough.

Right now if you pinned me to a wall (giggity) and asked what our chances were as a percentage, I'd say they're about 55%.

Which is much better than 0-10% - so given the situation, I'll (very begrudgingly) take it.

Hopefully we can manage to limp over the line and obviously if performances are still turgid on the regular we can shake hands with Slot at the end of the season, thank him for a League title - and then move on to an alternative if we deem it necessary.

Tp drop points so often late in games can't be on the players alone in my opinion. It's got to his tactics aswell.
