Ekitike’s been woeful at 9 for a few games and only looked dangerous picking it up in that inside left forward position so that’s what Slot should fkn do and get our press and counter press back in, something a false 9 helps a great deal with

I could use these players better than that clown it’s clear to see where the best use of most of thrn is, like Grav as a No6 in a 3 too

He’s played with Gakpo dropping in more both starts I believe

Makes a difference, changes our whole shake and we get some patterns back a bit

Gives him a lot more room and twice with Robbo giving him the ball early when it’s on which Kerkez hardly ever does

For me, where he’s most dangerous when he received the ball there and how poor he’s been as a 9 against back 3’s and how having having a false 9 leaving the 3 no-one to mark fucks them up and having a player in between the low block and 3 to play off helps I would be playing

Salah or Wirtz who excelled there supported by Frimpong for Leverkusen at RFWD
