I believe in this, I believe they should have sat down with Jurgen and put our dynamic brand of football in place as the club system of play at all levels that all coaches and managers taking a position had to embrace and work to
Just like they have their system at Brighton and Bournemouth
Just like 4411 was in place for 3 decades and each next manager stuck to the system and put their own little tweaks in it and knew the right players to sign to play it better and the skills abd attributes they needed.
We can develop a team of coaches at all levels who remain in place even when managers change and only a manager and assistant ever come in
Players development could be incredibly well honed to develop all the necessary and most desirable skills in youth at all levels
Top emerging players with the skills and attributes we wanted would self identify with us and want to cone to us
Scouting for the right players would become an ever increasingly refined process
Get Jurgen back offering him whatever he needs including building a proper squad and getting in the 3 forwards he needs and have him enshrine everything into the blueprint for play
And when he’s had enough make him the sporting director

We should have a club system they should have insisted on it to be laid out be Klopp abd tge player profiles
We were successful for 30 years through continuation of the same system
We needed to continue with 433
It would really refine scouting players with the best possible attributes and skills for the profile of positions and always looking to further improve in that
It works, it’s how Brighton keep being successful while selling lots of players except we can keep ours and really refine our youth recruitment bringing more and more top young players through the academy
