Apparently Man City will be signing Elliott Anderson for Ł65m before the world cup gets underway. If that does happen it will be more evidence that suggests that Man City will be handed little to no punishment in regards to the charges brought against them, if indeed they are found guilty of any wrongdoing at all.

Like you said before you're not sure you'd want him to come back I agreed with you but now I'd go against that.
I think in the short term he's the only man who could pull us out of this shit quickly. It's going to be a doldrums period for us I fear.
