Sorry mate - too busy and missed this - Think miller has done the honours... I've been lat out on a deadline today..
I honestly don't personally think it matters who makes the thread.. What maters is what the players do on the pitch.. Under the lights at Anfield and we can beat anyone - as we know.

According to French radio station RMC, Konate is close to signing a four year contract extension.
Hopefully that's just a load of bollocks. If it's not, we could be in even bigger trouble than I first thought.
Agreed. We need new blood at the back. VVD can't play every game next season. I'd prefer to see Konate on the bench sometimes as well. He's improved as the season went on but he was a huge liability early in the season. We need to build for the future. Right now a lot of things are up in the air. My hope is that we get Alonso or similar quality in the summer and start to build a team again. This season and even last season have felt like a holding pattern. We have the bones of a decent team but we need a sense of purpose and plan. Under Slot we don't seem to have that. Last night it just seemed we didn't have the key players to step up and provide that quality when it was really needed. Szobo was the main one who did. Up front we just lack those game-changers. Salah can't do it anymore sadly.
From the moment I picked your book up until I laid it down, I convulsed with laughter. Someday I intend on reading it. Groucho Marx
Slot saying that he'll need to sell before buying again. And also mentioned that it's not 100% certain that every new signong from this season will be here next season. Now I don't know if he meant selling any of the new recruits or if he was commenting on injured players.
Ekitike's injury is going to really put a spanner in the works.
Something, Something, Something, Dark Side
It increasingly looks like we're in big trouble irrespective of who our manager is next season, with the one exceptional being Klopp.
We'll either have Slot still in charge which doesn't bare thinking about, or well have a new manager who will be stuck with a load of poor, over the hill, unsuitable, injury prone players, and very little money to address those issues, not that they'll have much if any say as to how those issues should be addressed and who should be brought in to address them.
Also with those restrictions in place, is any manager worth their salt going to want to work under those conditions? I'm not so sure. Yes our name alone is a big pull, but that's only going to tempt top managers and players for so long. Klopp bemoaned a lack of funds and transfers, and Slot is now stating that the same lack of resources will continue for the foreseeable future.
Things are looking increasingly bleak. The storm clouds are gathering and I don't see them dispersing any time soon.
So we blown our budhet fof the coning years on some very average players? Well, I suppose we thought they'd all be absolutely amazing.
Slot confirmed this in his post match tv interview. He said he was ‘not concerned’ that the only new transfer budget will be from sales this summer, because “this is a model that the club has used before and has worked”.
It’s fucking idiotic. I think Slot has accepted this in return to remain as manager.
Recipe for utter disaster.
