The Arse got what they deserved. The British media would have hailed it as a defensive masterclass had they won it though. We would never have heard the end of it.

They basically ruined most of the game with 2 banks of 5….but still PSG at half tilt were too good and eventually opened them up.

I still want to know HOW Mosquera isn’t sent off. Also I missed Saka’s handball - soft I know but under the rules is that not a pen?

Either way - Justice was done and far and away the best side in Europe won a second successive European Cup

Talk from some that this was the loss in a final needed to spur the Arse on to winning it. Likened to us in 2019 after losing to Real the year before and City 3 years ago after losing to Chelsea in 2021.
I think unless their attacking options and play improve, they may struggle in earlier knockout rounds with a less favourable draw. They might face PSG again or a Bayern or Barca in an earlier round.

I personally think their style of play has a limited effect. They'll need to adapt and like it's been mentioned before managers rarely change.
They'll get worked out and won't always be able to count on set pieces and one-nil wins.
Chelsea eventually found that out.
