Agree. The fact he's got prem experience and success to a point is a big bonus.
His coach Elphick is a lifelong Liverpool fan so he'll try a little bit harder.

Anyway a two year deal would suggest that the incoming Manager/Head Coach has more faith in his ability than the club does

Apparently short deals are something he insists on.
Win win really both ways. He gets what he likes and the club hedge their bets.
Just a downer when we win back to back league titles and Real take him away.
