Being serious the German league is a much better watch than our league every team attacks and Naby I believe played an attacking role.

There is obvious players you know will perform Haaland is one and I believe Bellingham, Kimmich would too.

I see Werner is going back to Leipzig he made a bad career move going Chelsea
    Ha ha, probably right !!

Dé bruyne and haaland could win this league on there own, in comparison thiago and mó could get us very close, but thiago can't and won't stay fit enough, de bruyne understudy as seen at the weekend in gundaguan is lethal in the half space. The midfield will win either team this title, city's is better by a distance. We need Jude.

I don't think there are very many top class midfielders that are available for transfer.
FSG won't splash out on anyone unless they are absolutely suitable for us.
As has already been mentioned, we have the quantity but not the quality that we need.
There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

Thiago facing 6 weeks out is the talk on twitter from James Pearce.

It's been said elsewhere, but the midfield will ultimately see us fall short this year. If the 6 weeks is true and then factor in the likelihood of him getting injured again and the others (Hendo, fab, kieta) also picking up an injury or 2, then we need to sign someone for midfield. We are so brittle in that position.

Most likely at least 6 weeks for a hamstring. Probably two months before we see him start again. Starting to remind me of Sturridge.

They could. But here's the thing - it could also be just like Torres and Gerrard in 08/09.

    - We don't know how many games Haaland will miss through injury.
    - We don't know how many games De Bruyne will miss through injury.
    - We don't know how many games there will be an overlap which sees both players missing simultaneously.

A weirdly congested season broken up by a World Cup plus the capacity to use 5 subs. All bets are off as far as I'm concerned.

We will drop frustrating points. Man City will drop unexpected points.

Still 111 points left to play for. We'll know much more after 10 League games or so.

Yep, still hasn't delivered anything approaching what he was bought and paid so handsomely for either, oh the folly of letting an integral part of our Champions League and title winning midfield who was always fit leave on a free and replacing them with an injury prone show pony

Despite the alleged huge wages that PSG offered Wijnaldum, all the reports I can find say that he is paid €10 million per year while Thiago is paid more at £10 million per year.

The problem this season is a 6 week injury rules you out of 9-11 games.

I think its a hard one to predict City are clear favourites but a few injuries could hurt them and surely they arent daft enough to sell Silva.
