Tsimkas is the better left back at the club at the moment.

I still (not for a run of 6 games or anything) want to see a match, maybe two, where Robbo plays left-back and Tsimikas plays left-wing. Just to see if it works against a weaker side to give Mane a rest a couple of times.

I wish the real Andy Robertson would stand up and be counted, poor again today imo. Tsimikas played well when he came on. If I was Robertson I'd be looking over my shoulder.

I can’t think of any negatives from today… Maybe Minamino not getting any minutes, but we know Klopp hates him.

Bobby should get a lot of confidence from that. Salah looking back to his best. Old man Milner defying the rules of getting old.

Massive week ahead so no room for complacency.

I think the stupid tight offside lines made a massive impact on Mane last season.he wasnt making the runs and when he did he was offside a lot of the time. Hes more confident now.

I think the assists and attempted assists he's getting from (especially) Salah are also helping him a lot this season - with his teammates in general looking more for him.

The assists are the under-rated part of Mo's game this season that he's really improved over the last couple of seasons, and it looks like he really took it on board when people would give him stick last season for being too selfish.

The understanding between the front three (whether it's with Bobby or Jota) is much improved this season and it's helping us out a lot, I think.

The biggest plus today was were were "on it" from the start with Henderson pulling the strings getting the team going. Roll on Madrid.
