How good or bad do you think our transfer activity will be this summer?

Based on the options and criteria detailed below, how good or bad of a transfer window do you think we'll have this summer? I wanted to post a poll but I don't know if there is even an option to do such a thing.

Brilliant - All areas of our team and squad that need attention are addressed almost perfectly via exactly the type of players we need including a few major signings, a load of very good and very promising players, and we get in all of our first choice targets.

Good - Most, if not all of the areas that need attention are at worst at least addressed to a decent degree. We get in most of our first choice targets including at least one major signing along with a sprinkling of good players to give us viable options on the bench to help lighten the load on our current first eleven, and we also beef up the squad a bit.

So so - We get in a couple of pretty good players to help out in some, but not all problem areas, with at least one one of those signings being a big signing. We also get in one or two other okay signings to beef up our squad a bit, but we also miss out on a couple of our first choice targets.

Underwhelming - We miss out on a load of our first choice targets. We get in one or two noteworthy signings which our owners hope will somewhat placate the fans. Other areas of the pitch and squad that need addressing either have a sticking plaster put on them via freebies, bargain bin players, and acedmy players, or they aren't addressed at all.

Horrific - After all the talk of having "a big summer", we miss out on most, if not all of our first choice signings and we end up trying to replace outgoing, aging, underperforming players with a variety of second if not third choice targets, academy players, freebies and other club's cast offs.

It seems a lot of our rumoured transfer targets such as Gyökeres, Wirtz, Huijsen etc are going to be joining the likes of Arsenal, Man City, Real Madrid etc. We've also been linked with players such as Ait Nouri who would seem to be a second, if not third choice potential signing.

We have been linked to the likes of Ekitike, who I've not been that impressed with given the little I've seen of him, as well as Frimpong who I feel a similar way about. Frimpong is a player many think is nailed on to sign for us. Since our supposed interest in him became known, he is suddenly being talked about as if he's a world-beater and as if he is going to be our major signing this summer.

Given those things and our transfer activity, or should I say lack of it in recent years, I think we're going to have an underwhelming transfer window, one where big things were promised, but not much is delivered.

I think a good window but I won’t be expecting big names.

Players like Frimpong who have a relatively low buy out clause and are seen to have great potential / a decent sell on value.

If all we got is a replacement for Trent and Darwin then I’d be slightly underwhelmed but we know how FSG work and they certainly don’t like to spend/waste money. (Unless it’s on bathrooms and yachts)

We have Bajcetic coming back and also player like Danns (who didn’t play at all when out on loan) so who knows if these players will fit on the squad and provide backup.

this is the season FSG go for it, all sales revenue plus £250M available to improve the squad. Big John (Wayne) Henry has heard of the club world cup and wants us there to highlight the "brand".

U thinking they move quickly on ping-pong to get the fans salivating then announce bajetic and danns to sort midfield and the forward line before lowballing on kerkez and ending up with the wolves LB (another afcon absentee and Ramadan practitioner no doubt)

Maybe get another Japanese squad player so Endo has a friend.

Bearing in mind it's FSG I'm not expecting that much tbh.
They won't be spending much, if any, of their own money.
Prepare to be disappointed (I'm a pessimist).

I'm hoping we have a clear out of the players stealing a living or just simply not good enough and frustrating and shouldn't be playing for a title winning side........

But probably 6 out.... 3 in

    Nunez>Striker in
    Trent> Pongy
    not first choice LB>Tski

then some youth/Endo out Keheller etc to make some money for FSG

even if we need another midfielder,. and could do with another attacker with chiesa/jota/nunez out.

Oh and a CB or 2 depending on konate situation

FFS I don't even want to contemplate that. It's too close to reality !!!!!!
