    Is it possible to acquire away tickets?

    Hey everyone!

    I don't come round here too often anymore, besides to congratulate my fellow fans on another trophy (which is quite a bit more often than my younger self could have ever believed a few years ago), but I do have to ask for some advice from the more experienced match-going fans among you.

    I'll be in the UK on the same weekend we're scheduled to play Leeds away. In fact, I'll be quite geographically close to Leeds. The game is currently scheduled for 3PM on the Saturday, but I'm hopeful they'll shuffle it around to a time I could actually attend.

    So I'm wondering if it's ever possible to get tickets for these games for a tourist like myself? If it were at Anfield, I might have just splurged out on some hospitality seat or something, which, I assume, is specifically meant for people such as myself.

    I'm not sure it'd be a great idea to do that or somehow get a ticket in the home end at Elland Road, since I'm not sure I'd be able to pass for a Leeds fan. It feels... unsafe And also somewhat disrespectful.

    Any advice?

    Hey Bali...
    My brother goes to Elland Road for about 10 or 12 games a season. He should be able to to get you a ticket for the Liverpool game if you can't get on the Leads Untied ticketing system yourself...
    He usually gets tickets for the Don Review stand, which is decent...
    I went over from Ireland with him last year to a game. Leads is a great city and we had good craic at the game...
    Let me know if you need his help, he sorts tickets for plenty of others all the time...

        Unfortunately, I'll probably not be at any games with him in Elland Road for the foreseeable future as I have moved to Sweden since a couple of weeks ago...
        but I'm sure he'll sort you out no probs brah...

          You should come on the Forum now and again Bali, decent group these days, just avoid the Steveo / CCTV Family Guy eternal punch up, with Steveo as Peter and CCTV as the giant chicken

                Err... on second though I just noticed some of the recent threads. It actually looks like this place may have got more unhinged with time. Think I'll continue to drop in for the odd trophy here and there, which, as things stand, would be three or four times a season!
