  • Isak finally agrees...........

.......with the lads at the Wrap that Cabernet Sauvignon is the best wine compliment to a nicely prepared steak.

It took some convincing, but I'm also on board with that opinion, I think.

I'm normally a red zindafel man meself, but points were made and minds were turned.

Lots of people usually feel very strongly about this, but just remember there are no wrong choices.

Only great steak and better company.

    What?

    You were expecting something else?

Never tried it myself, to be fair, but I'm not one to judge....

I prefer it on my breadrolls.

        ...those too.
        By the side.

Cashews are a bit of a delicacy some would say - adding a bit of the frou frou to proceedings, but if finely diced you ccould have yourself a nice little garnish.

You'll get no argument from this end if that's what you were looking for.

I've also had privilege of sampling the steak-anchovy sauce combo and it's as you insinuated........delicioso!!!!

              Muy Delicioso!

We should get a report from our recent export to Spain, Sénior Alejandro-Arnaldo.
I imagine he's now an expert on all things Spanish and Spanish culture if the speed with which he learned and mastered their language is anything to go by.

He's probably a Spanish culinary and cuisine expert by now.
