Palace pressing us high today gives us an opportunity to see how we'll play against high pressing teams.

But in all likelihood during the season we'll get a more steady diet of the latter and teams sitting on a low block and it'll be interesting to see how the new players help us break those down.

Agree. I'm always dubious about is bringing in Italian players. Granted we haven't signed many but it's not worked out well once.
They don't tend to fair well in England.

Which will mean teams will have less of a threat against our back line if we can control the games well..
