Unless there are some people who think the climate in London and Liverpool are so massively different that is..? But then why mention the heat in Spain.. Bonkers

Shame konate won't .... guess real will get konate on a free not Saliba

        why are we fucking mugs
I didn't mention Spain really, only in response to Justin who specifically brought up the climate ...but initially it was you who did.. when you brought Madrid into it when you mentioned Konate would be off to Real...unlike Saliba who is staying in London. I simply responded as to why that might be.

And IF your #1 CLUB #2 MONEY #3 LOCATION logic is accurate - explain Zubimendi...? He's on £75k a week up the Arsenal - Macca and Grav are both on £150 a week at Liverpool for comparison. Szobozlai £120.. I don't know this but I would wager that we would have payed similar to what the Arse offered or more for Zubi to come to us...He refused..A year later..he chose the nearly men in the English Capital over the nations most successful club too.. Saliba chooses to stay at Nearly club rather than move to Madrid - Konate chooses to go. where does #1 CLUB #2 MONEY #3 LOCATION. fit in with these high profile players?

        • of course stevo you know what's in those players minds!

Konate will get a lot more money at madrid for starters and like trent, done everything here really
Zubi... might have changed his mind about a move ? a year is a long time
Saliba... dare think it might just wanted to stay in england, with arsenal in general?

But I guess you've asked them on a personal level yeah? Agent stevo.

What about the thousands of example that I could use against said 3 players ?

No no, please enlighten us all - and while you’re at it explain to Rafa that his opinions and knowledge mean less than yours.

I’m sure as a cultural attaché you’re best placed to know about these things Kev…

That was the prem, hence I went on to say only chelsea have won anything recently, a london club and a dodgy asf funded club even more so under the russian, Money talks... again not location

If london keeps the best players.. and all the best players just want to play for london clubs, surprised they're not dominating the league at least.

Who's won the league most again, Arsenal? Chelsea? Fulham Oh wait..

Them northern clubs man, who wants to go north of england.

                          • Nobody is saying that - I simply explained that London is a far more alluring destination for most global footballers.

Come on - stop being so defensive - you know it’s true. Even the most bitter Scouse like Carra would have to admit it - IF he could spit the words out that is. 😜

Therefore, it's not #1 priority, thank you glad we've got that sorted

Like I said, Club,Wage,Location for 90% of players.. maybe 70% actually due to wages>Club... and a few players might put location first, not the majority. 60%club 30% wages 10% location

Looking forward to West Ham winning the league in a great location (London) and one of the best stadiums and a iconic place in london, up the hammers, forever blowing bubbles.

Considering london clubs dominate the league in numbers way- they've not done too well have they? you'd have thought more clubs in a area out of simple chance % they'd win more..... you know, considering they're in london n all that. location location location

                              • Could it be simply Saliba wanted to stay at Arsenal?? or is that to simplistic?
