Utd have literally one competition left to compete in this season (FA Cup)...
Well two, if you consider a relegation battle competing....

        Outstanding.

Worth remembering a League Cup win gets that play-off for the Conference League.

So unless they win the FA Cup (thus qualifying for the Europa League) or finish high enough in the table, they could find themselves missing out on Europe again next season. The more they miss out, the better.

Amorim's Man United record is statistically worse than Gary Neville's at Valencia for crying out loud.

Gareth Southgate after the international break anyone?

To think we almost hired this clown instead of Slot. Jesus, what a lucky escape. What was it that stopped the Club again, something daft like him having a meeting with another club?

A combo of insistence upon the back-three and him having a meeting with West Ham which was seen as a tactic, aka "if you don't move fast I will be at another club" - we decided "nah you're alright" and Slot has proven to be the right choice.

I'd be curious to see how Amorim does in somewhere like Serie A.

Just seen this title on manc forum (had to have a look it's just too funny)

Has giving Ten Hag and Amorim too much time, resulted in us plummeting this low?

                  ..... still blaming ten Hag?

                  what about rashford?

                  Erm....

guys ? maybe it's mainoos fault oh wait he started Slowmerio.....(casemiro) most of the time.... looks a player for a while, until they ruined hin, bit like garnacho and the rest

also system doesn't work in the prem reason everyone plays 4-3-3 pretty much especially with past it midfielders

                  Almoron

If I go into a project management meeting with an idea on how to do things, there always has to be an alternative plan b, plan c, plan d. If I keep going back with the same plan a, even though it failed first time, I'd be laughed out of the door. No agile thinking, no fallback, no alternative in case of unforeseen circumstances etc

It's remarkable how stubborn and inflexible he is and in such a dynamic environment as a football match. Without the willingness to adapt and consider alternatives, progress is severely hindered

.... long may it continue, but he looked and sounded like he'd given up last night

So Ole and Jose have both been sacked on the same day for failing to qualify for the Champions League … both sound ideal candidates to replace Amorim.

Praying United beat Burnley. Can’t do with him being sacked just yet.

                            just seen this joke

I was walking past Old Trafford this morning and noticed a Season Ticket had been nailed to the gate. I thought, I'm having that. You never know when you'll need a nail.

Ridiculous record under Amorim, worse of all the managers they've had since the dictator retired
