I was lucky enough to be at that game.
One of the best players I've ever seen. Up there with Pele and Maradona in my eyes.
We were so lucky to have him playing for us.

Anyone who saw him live will probably feel the same. I know Gooners who readily admit he was a level up from their all time hero - Henry.

Also good section of Barca fans when polled on ‘fist name on the team sheet’ put him above Messi for a couple of seasons running.

I don't think Isak will be anywhere near both performance or goal output.

I'd have happily paid double Isak's fee for Suarez.

Had he signed for Barcelona rather than us in 2011 he'd have surpassed Messi. He was absolutely wasted playing for us to be honest.

I'd love us to find that kind of player now, whilst we're at the top of the game playing with excellent players rather than fumbling along with Stewart Downings, Charlie Adams and Andy Carrolls of this world... Shudder...
