Results can go against the play in any game. Like for instance - Paris said after schooling us and losing - they would come to L4 beat us and go through. And they did. Bossed us despite the rose tinted narrative that night too. But in Paris - Mate… it made Napoli and Belgrade look half decent

I knew those early 2 goals were a curse in disguise.
We've been utterly flat since then, believing we had the match wrapped up.

The game doesn't end after 6 minutes just because you go 2-0 up early.

Slot's going to have to do some major retooling of this team's psyche in how they handle holding leads early in games.
Even late in games considering some of the late goals we've conceded like today.

I'll just say it.....

Losing out on getting Guehi in was probably the biggest loss of the transfer window.
At the time I said he would have been our most important signing had we seen that deal through - even more critical than Isak or Wirtz - and this game just proves it IMO.
