Me too. Both Salah and Gakpo don't look like scoring at all and whilst Gakpo has had plenty of the ball he's been frustrating for lots of it. He's so fucking slow it's unreal, the attacks just break down or peter out when it falls to him.

why are people constantly using Gakpo as a scapegoat. he was the best player for us in that half

The desire from the Kloppo days looks like it's been surgically removed.
Whilst I hate how TAA final year and transfer bollocks was strung out, we are clearly missing him. Maybe one less scouser in the dressing room has made us lose too much in fighting for the shirt.

Slots decisions will be rightly scrutinised. Ekitike should be starting. Isak should be forced to win his place. Chiesa has shown more fight and quality in his sub appearances than both salah and gakpo, yet he is never given a chance.
Hopefully we get something out of this. Losing 4 in a row is more than a blip.

I had this opinion on Isak before we bought him.. He will get isolated a lot...we should have gone for someone like Mateta at Palace. he offers more without the ball. keeps the back line of the opposition honest..

Can we try Salah through the middle. Tired of him being surrounded by 3 defenders regularly out wide. With the touchline acting as an extra limit to his options.

Can we play with Dom on the right and try to get crosses into the box?.. rather than trying to push a ball through the eye of a needle.. when teams play this deep you can't play pretty football. Best solution is to get more players in the box and get the ball in there.. theres always the chance of the counter attack, but it happens anyway when the ball breaks down

If you don't get the midfield right it causes problems at both ends of the pitch. We haven't got it right in any games this season.

They've only got two in there and one of them is a fat, old gerbil. We should have complete control. But we have both Mac and Dom playing as centre forwards.

This is 100% on Slot at the moment.

Cant defend Cant cross, no threat from set pieces, not playing to Isak strengths hence hes not involved. Ekitike and Chiesa sitting on the bench is a bleeding disgrace whilst others playing are stinking the team out. Looks to me that Kerkez cant handle playing for a big club, looks like a deer running around stunned by the floodlights.
