  • Other Games 24th - 26th

Good result for Sunderland earlier, with a 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge putting them 2nd.

However… what is looking as a disastrous night at Old Trafford Utd have gone 2-0 up and currently, sit above us in the table.

Jeeezus tonight, that’s our own fault that pathetic performance last weekend

That's depressing. Hope we can get a win tonight to get back on track

Arsenal will have to keep their win ratio up.. Or this season's league is wide open.. Obviously we need to start winning.. starting tonight. We have an English ref who'll give Brentford free kicks for non fouls.. Unlike the ref midweek who was outstanding. Lets see how we do

Even with a win later will put us just 2pts above them. It wasn’t only last weekends disaster

A draw wouldn’t be a disaster - long season, just don’t get beat

I don't know, after losing 3 straight on the league, I think we need to win this one, especially with villa and city next up in the league.

The further depressing issue following losing at home to those of all teams is the confidence it will have given them.
Wirh no euro footy and out of the league cup, Amorim can pretty much prepare for just one game a week until the Xmas period. Then if they are knocked out if the FA Cup early, he'll have prep time over other bosses all season.

I know - but looking at it from a physical point of view - we were away in Germany on Wednesday and Brentford will be much more physically demanding.

Some early goals for us would help hugely

Agreed on the physical side of it. But he has made some changes though. Maybe not he ones people wanted to see. We need a win here. Games are gonna get harder.

Oh well - utter bollox or a weekend. Not only do United win and we lose - but the Arsenal win 1 nil v Palace and City lose to Villa.

This is shaping up to be the 3rd season out of 4 where I have to root for City.

To think we have lost 4 in a row and still only 7 points behind. should be 100 points behind how we are playing..

I said from the off Arsenal would take it this season, they're looking like they'll piss it to be honest.

Arsenal aren't anything special. They're just defensively very solid. They'll easily George Graham their way to the title.

Palace have stuttered a bit since beating Liverpool. Lost 2 drawn 1.
