    Style Pressing and counter pressing helping and supporting each other through visual and audio communication

    Picking players up and not having too many looking to be in space but rather moving off their man into it when it’s on to join the attack and winning our individual battles all over the pitch

    Having runs in behind from both wide forwards and the 9 when the wide forward, mid or full back receive it deeper

    Being direct when it is on to be to trying to score and create chances taking the shortest route to goal and fewest number of passes needed where possible creating chances and movement and pressure and intensity

    Running through brick walls for the shirt the manager the fans and each other

    Chiesa is just not gonna start a game. unless theres injuries or its the fa-cup. And i wouldn't start Salah either.. time to see others there.. who ever it is..

          Playing our best player in his natural position instead of right back would be a good start. Gomez isn't that bad

            I’d be tempted to try

            Alisson
            Gomez Konate VVD Robertson
            Szoboszlai Grav MacAllister Gakpo
            Isak Ekitike

            Or take Gakpo out, shift everyone across one and put Salah in.

            Defensively maybe take Konate out and play Jones at RB.

            Two things must happen going forward, Szoboszlai starts in midfield and Ekitike starts.

              Slot will be putting all his eggs into the champions league basket. I for one dont give two shits about it. It all about top four finish, end of.

                Gomez is far worse at CB than Konate at his worst

                Gomez at RB is half decent

                Just play 433 ffs it’s the change of formation that’s fucked us over players don’t believe in it or see any reason to have changed from the 433 that they twice won the league playing and would have won it at least for times without FAPGMOL being bent

                    Things need to change. Were so easy to score against. We cant defend for shit this season. Back to basics, Need to set up to defend as a team, too be hard to break down. Current state of our squad cant be trusted to play 4-3-3.

                        You can’t play a 4231 trying to walk the ball into the net with a massive imbalance of players looking to be in space for a neeedless short pass and players picking up and being in great pressing and counter pressing should our fancy Dan play break down and that’s what we’ve been doing

                          Konate got hammered for one of their goals, where was the pressure in the ball where the fuck was Kerkez stopping the cross

                          That is exactly the position players with a lone front man look to create, release a player wide in acres and to have the time and space to pick out a cross that enables the 9 to go either side of either CB

                          And we just met them we created a situation through shite play where that could happen

                            At this moment of time Konate head is turned, he's too scared to tackle just in case he gets injured and miss his big FREE pay day move. Gomez in a back three is very different to be in just a two.
