Yes mate , he’s normally spot on , but to say it’s not another crisis , only if it went another six months , I couldn’t get my head around thatOriginally posted by Jenson78 View PostI found myself shaking my head at most of what Stevie was saying. He must be hanging about with Carragher too much, in the woke world they live in.

Must try harder - not your night is it.Originally posted by Kev0909 View Postwell obviously not because we've still not got a midfielder to rotate with Grav/Maca still no CB and aging VVD&Salah expected to start every game
So no not really, that fatigue is going well for Diaz ain't it ?? does he look tired?
We're just shit and clueless, deal with it.
Diaz was one of only players rotated. And boy does it show…
Were you watching last season. Gakpo and Diaz were utilised consistently in rotation.
Do you people actually watch ?

Erm considering he played most if not LW CF and worked his socks off for years I'd say he should be fatigued too, if you're intent on blaming it on that, surely nothing to do with the transfers or tactics, or slot.Originally posted by Steveo View PostMust try harder - not your night is it.

Imagine blaming it on being tired already jesus..... they're not some of the fittest athletes or anything they eat pizza, drink smoke 20 a day don't have a break and didn't win the league with months to spare, carry on.
Stevo knows best, maybe you should be manager.

Stats for the game yet again give the impression we dominated.
55/16 for touches in opposition box. PSV scored 4 goals from having 16 touches.
These type of stats are regular for us. High in every area yet losing hand over fist, it just shows how wrong the whole set up is and that is squarely on Slot and the coaches.
Most managers would look at that squad with envy, it should be doing better.
There's some badly wrong at the club now.The defining moments in our lives are never planned.

I'm sure about that. Gomez has done some daft stuff as well.Originally posted by fiordearg View PostWe sold Qansah who would still be a better defender than Jones and Szobsolai. He won't use Gomez who would not pass the ball across his goal under pressure.
Selling quansah and not getting in a senior cb was a major fuck up. As was not replacing Diaz.

Before tonight we had conceded 9 scored 1 from set pieces.
As their first goal resulted from a penalty won at a corner you could say that’s 10-1 in set pieces.
Which coincidentally is the same aggregate score from our last 3 games, conceded 10-1 scored.
We are building up some real consistency here …."I am the Normal One."

Imagine not knowing your own team - and how many minutes players played.. Diaz had the lions share of the rotation but still onlyOriginally posted by Kev0909 View PostErm considering he played most if not LW CF and worked his socks off for years I'd say he should be fatigued too, if you're intent on blaming it on that, surely nothing to do with the transfers or tactics, or slot.

And Diaz has gone to a far mor sedate league than the Prem.. BUT SEE below...
Diaz ------------2413 mins league & 3300 ..all comps
Cody -----------1938 mins league & 2600..all comps
Gravenberch --3169 mins league & 4200..all comps
Virgil ----------3330 mins league & 4400..all comps
Mo ------------3380 mins league & 4500 ..all comps.
This is WHY bigger squads can dominate year in and year out. For the penny pinchers EVEN with a Jurgen Klopp it's boom and Bust.Last edited by Steveo; 26 November 2025, 10:53 PM.

I’m finding it very uncomfortable hearing pundits on TNT referring to the tragic Jota death as being somehow an underlying cause for the team not playing well.
It’s sickening. The rot was setting in last season and it’s carried on. The manager cannot find a way to lift the team or change anything. The training, the physicality, the mentality of this current squad is not anywhere near good enough. You cannot mention Jota when looking for excuses. Slot looks and is completely lost.

Thanks for proving my point, it must be why gakpo looks tired and clueless compared to Diaz.Originally posted by Steveo View PostImagine not knowing your own team - and how many minutes players played.. Diaz had the lions share of the rotation but still only

NO Gakpo doesn't look tired. He looks exactly like Gakpo always does. He just doesn't have Diaz and Salah and Jota ripping into teams and scoring goals - he doesn't have the chaos of even Nunez - go love him - he doesn't have Grav of last season turning defence into attack Macca with his one season of WC quality....Originally posted by Kev0909 View PostThanks for proving my point, it must be why gakpo looks tired and clueless compared to Diaz.
Kev - are you actually watching?
The main men - Virgil and Mo look totally shot. Thi exposes how utter shyte Konate is. As I have been banging on about for more a few years now. SHyte from France and shyte when Virgil isn't running the show.
