Says the guy that makes up lies, are you that pathetic? just trying to score internet points are we?

You're full of shit, hating on the same people that gave us joy a manager that won us the 2nd title in over 30 years but you don't even appreciate that, a few players have been doing for years and key to what we achived..... get over Klopp pal.

    Spoilt brat.

      There’s that charming man again.

Please explain kev.. What lie? Weren’t you scoffing at me last season for lamenting that we missed out on Zubimendi?

And I may be mistaken - we can’t all remember things perfectly - but Weren’t you one of the crowd suggesting that it wasn’t brilliant that we didn’t find a 6 because Grav was a revelation? Telling me to stop mentioning it as it worked out for the best..?

We’re in the midst of repeating a fatal error that saw us not lift the title in over 3 decades, when we’ve just won it twice in 5 years

Slot Edwards and Hughes need to go for wasting over 400 million on an anti Liverpool anti common sense ill advised change and recruitment Klopp never got to support something untried and untested

We need a manager in who will play 433 with tweaks and a pressing and counter pressing game

We have to halt this rapid decline caused by the needless change immediately and recover as best we can over the remainder of the season

Offer Wirtz to Bayern for Diaz get Jurgen back until the end of the season he said he’d come back if we ever needed him, thrn the Palace manager De Zerbi or Howe if Jurgen doesn’t want to continue after that

We have seen this fatal error of ripping up a winning blueprint before we need to stop this now before it’s too late
Again you were here repeatedly slagging off Klopp before, tactics selections etc

I wasn’t at all Fabinho I felt needed to be better and grumbled but knew he’d pick him anyway, but him and Bobby or Jota rip aside he pretty much picked the exact team I expected and it made sense

did criticise playing our best mids as CBs actually and that was fair

Glory hunters cannot be pleased over the long term. He would be moaning if we won the league every other season.

No I wasn’t I thought a couple of players could be improved Fabinho, that there was a fair debate to be had of Bobby or Jota (RIP) other than that he pretty much picked the exact team I expected and I was happy with each game

Cos playing as CBs rather than play them ahead of the 2 stand in CBs and protecting them with a better press was a gripe that was justified

                    I mean

                    Alisson

                    Trent Matip/Konate VVD Robbo

                    Henderson Fabinho Milner

                    Salah Bobby Mane

Any of Keita Oxlade Jota Jones Gomez Origi or a youngster coming in no issue, what’s to complain about

Fab let the press get broken loads losing his man but Jurgen rated him and we mostly got away with it

It’s interesting that 4 of our wins have come against teams who we’d consider at the moment in a much better place than us form wise in inter Madrid Villa and Arsenal. Struggling much more with teams that employ strong athletic players to hit us hard on the counter than teams that like to dominate possession themselves so far this season. Need to try figure out what we can do differently to improve our effectiveness against those sort of sides.

It was the 4231 fucking the press and counter press up, the change from having last seasons best midfield 3 to having a midfield 2

2 wides forwards making runs in behind being further forward than the 9 too keeping opposition full backs pinned back

The 2 wide forward being furthest forward leaving space for our full backs and mids to arrive in making our build up quicker and slicker

We’ve kept it tighter because we reverted to 3 sometimes 4 in midfield with Wirtz coming back in to help out As it was with Bobby

We need to get back to and work very hard at getting our press and counter press back and picking up and directing each other in it to being the very best.

Slot tried to go City 19-20 walk thr ball into the net overpassing too many players in space poor press not enough picking up, you can’t do that in this league anymore all the best sides press and counter press and pick up and win their battles against EVERY opposition team, you have to

We used to score A LOT of goals through winning it high as a new point of attack low blocks couldn’t get set for with players who’d also been in the press up in support and moving it very quickly and directly from there

And from winning second balls, somewhat Rafa style with Kuyt, okay the Mo get diagonal have the target win it not go in, nod back or do enough to stop the defender getting an effective clearance to pick the second ball up, ALWAYS supporting that diagonal with a run from a mid or full back to pick up that second ball

Recycling the balls from corners and putting them straight back in to the back stick. We used to line up at corners so thry mostly went back stick and if it was cleared we usually had Hendo perfectly placed to recycle the ball and put it back in and we had the lads who’d also had been near post drilled to make sure they were inside for the ball straight back in and almost always had an overload in doing that
