Surprised to see Frimpong on the bench. Less surprised to see Gakpo and Mac back in the lineup..

Managing Frimpong I'd imagine after a return from injury. Use him in the last 20mins when legs are tired.

Ekitike being out is serioulsy shit. Other than gakpo for Ekitike it's probably what most would have had.

            Alisson

            Bradkey Konate Van Dijk Kerkez

            Szoboslai Gravenberch Jones

            Mac Allister Wirtz

            Gakpo

Subs: Mamardashvili, Woodman, Gomez, Chiesa, Robertson, Frimpong, Nyoni, Ramsay, Ngumoha.

Best 433 we have available, let’s go back to the winning formula

433 pressing and counter pressing high tempo high intensity, direct when it’s on, runs in behind long and medium diagonals and switches take the shortest route to goal in as few pass as possible whenever possible

            Get the win

Keeping it and passing it aimlessly with no intensity and tempo or variation to unsettle and move teams isn’t going to get us anywhere and it’s a criminal waste of the players we have

Slot doesn’t even view set pieces as that important, they are vital to every team

            What the fxxx? ^^^^

Slot was talking about set pieces long before you opened your thread calling for him to be sacked.

So 3 months on and we are still as shite. Isn’t that down to the coach?

Slot himself doesn’t know about set pieces?

Well I'm providing links to show Slot was talking about set pieces all season.

Of course he can take the blame for it, or the club can, or the players can, or certain players can in particular. For me the last option here seems most appropriate.

A lot will depend on where we are in January.

For me there are 4 senior players that could move in January that would be seismic in terms of departures.

                      Mo, VVD, Konate & Maca.

I think a lot of our problems this season come down to their performances & attitudes.

When it comes to the dressing room being lost, VVD & Mo seem to be the stand out guys.
Both were awful v psv and Jones did the talking post match after their performances.

Salah will go down as a legend but hes been like this before doing pressers like tonight when Klopp was in charge.

It's the 1st time Virgil has disappointed at LFC for me, but he's been shocking this season.

For me, it is similar to utd with Jose. You can sack the manager all you like but you need to get the players out who'll tank our club when it suits them.

If MacA & Konate want real they can leave too.

Clear as day that many others are giving it their best. As a man once said, attitude is more important that talent.
And I said this earlier today.

Unsurprised by MacA's comments really, they match his performances.
Calling for teamwork whilst talking shit and directing the blame away from himself. Snake.

Last year we had Captain, Vice captain and Legend running their contracts down.

We had Diaz post photos out socialising and a local media interview aired whilst others mourned and buried Jota.
