Dead level headed those guys at City.
His first bloody contract as well - he could end up on £350k-per-week or more by the time he gets a renewal with them.

Was it, you in touch ?

Probably something to do with daft wages and more chance of winning the league i'd imagine

Apparently we all know the ins and outs on here, i'm guehi's dad though for real, I told him to go City... he'll win more, sorry, not only that he'll have millions more in the bank by the end of it, and obviously footballers struggle these days at top level, cost of living crisis and all that, so it was for the best.

Seriously as a neutral, most players would probably join city right now, is what it is.

              I've heard he's still turning...

Pretty sure the team he was on loan morecambe? with got relegated last season in league 2 or something? but yeah, he's the future... laugh about it 1 or 2 more injury's you'll see him at least on the bench.

Just shows you how good VVD was when he played next to him for a while due to a injury crisis, he's still good but age catches them all, not the same player as he was imo.

We'll learn one day and actually invest quite a bit at CB... one day...

Bastoni is 26.. 27 in April thats a perfect age for a centre back, I just can't get over the facts if he makes mistakes. he'll be called a fucking Bastoni

No idea actually. The Fa-cup goal where he failed to clear the ball and it was next to his leg.. he kicked thin air. that was enough for me

I've just checked, Morecambe are now in the national league, so yeah he helped get them relegated.

Think he did well for them in fairness, but probably a league one player at best, and that'll be midtable or lower.

Surely he could leave this month, if anyone wants him his contract is up at the end of season I believe, so he'll be gone sooner or later, another legend bites the dust. ffs FSG

Rio gives me Ibe vibes right now.... kinda similar we all thought Ibe was going to be quality at first, hope i'm wrong obviously but it's all good pacey and being fast and getting past players, but you need the end product, a lot of players struggle with that.

I remember watching oliver burke live at forest, (best mate at the time supports them) looked like he was gonna be world class pace and power the next bale people was saying, got his 15m move to RB leipzig..... then yeah didn't really work out, saw him player for birmingham when he was on loan from werder bremen, dogshit

doesn't seem to be doing too awful for union berlin mind.

Dowman and Nwaneri look class for Arsenal, pretty sure dowman will have a good career, not 100% top clubs but top tier imo and might turn out world class.

                          You shouldn’t knock Rhys Williams

He’s the case for the defence

If you remember one of the seasons I criticised Jurgen was for playing Fab & Hendo at CB

I said he should play Phillips and Williams at CB and it would work better as they’d then be protected by our press and our forwards supported by it

He eventually did and we ended up scraping top four

But that shows just how important the press and counter press is to our defenders and forwards

Chico Lamba looks worth a good look

Joane Gadou definitely worth going back for a look at

There’s a lad plays CB or RB at St Ettiene I came across worth a look too, just 18 so get him not would be one HG

Slot wasn’t interested in Jacquet I take it, He has always struck me as. Phil Collins fan 😂
