We'd be mad to sell him now, and he deserves a summer send off

It would be sad to see him go for sure, especially to go there. Can't see it being a good move personally.
The word legend gets used far too freely but in his case it's absolutely deserving,he's a premier League legend not just an LFC legend. Be a long time till we see a LB as good. The defining moments in our lives are never planned.

Apparently a 5m package
bit concerning we've not recalled the greek yet asuming we can? or do we have someone lined up? Wishful thinking I know, but a player that could play LB/RB would be brilliant, and FSG would love one player being able to fill in 2 positions to save on a extra player, even if depth is key.
Still time I assume, surely we won't let robbo leave with noone coming back or signing anyone, but who knows after the summer..

Not keen on selling Robertson at this stage of the season.
Are we really betting £5m that Kerkez won't get injured or that we won't need Robbo to fill in at centre back?
I did see a headline suggesting Tsimi will return from loan by mutual agreement.

3m price tag on Robbo just outrageous
This is highly reminiscent of Souness he let long standing top players who didn’t especially agree with his changes to a highly successful model go in the cheap shoving them out of the door
Beardsley -,Diaz
Staunton - Robertson?
Both were exceptional for many more seasons too
This looks like more club spin shithousery in my view how they’ve framed it with the media
Same as with Diaz"If Everton were playing at the bottom of my garden, i'd close the curtains”

True surely we are not that stupid to be in a situation with just Kerkez at LBOriginally posted by JockStrap View PostIf or when the Robbo deal is done then we'll call Tsimi back. No point having him return before the deal is finalised. I'm sure we're talking with Tsimi and Roma with a view to bringing him back if needed.
No point thinking that yet, we'll see what happens.
There's not many out there but if we could find a player that could play LB and RB would be perfect with bradley's injury not going to happen.... but if i was playing footie manager etc.. haha.

I'm seeing quotes of 100m... jeezeOriginally posted by Daffydd View PostSeeing rumours of a deal for Micky van de Ven, who can play centre back or left back. Hmmm
don't think that'll happen somehow, I hope not we need multiple players in the future ,can't blow the budget completely, i rate him but I don't rate him at 100m

if we lost jones though we'd be even lighter in midfield can't see that happening without a replacement.Originally posted by Daffydd View Post£3m Robbo part exchange? (or Curtis).

Not sure, but that's what i've read contracted until 2029 and spurs have slapped a 100m price-tag the jokers, could probably find a CB just as good and Porro for that! (Yeah I know not a left back, but still)
Eitherway I can't see it happening in January, especially as a new manager will be announced soon for spurs.
