Not a completely terrible half we just gifted them 2 very very sloppy goals

Overpassing is already our Achilles heal we might have scored 3 before conceding if we were still in shortest route to goal in as few passes as possible mode with players taking in the shot instead of looking for another needless pass

The thing with that is players knew it was expected, so in the situations they got in early they’re just taking one touch to set it, one to finish

Overpassing is causing issues and indecision where there used to be focus and clarity

I don’t want to see needless overpassing, trying to walk the ball in, constantly trying to thread balls through impossible eyes of the needle

It simply isn’t effective at getting results creating as many chances as players with the skills ours have and scoring as many goals

Look at macalister stop while his man bursts a gut to get into the box not giving up on the ball. This is a problem. We’re hoping not to have to push the extra hard yards. Not at it at all all season.

I'm trying not to be harsh on Wirzt all the time. but he ruins our midfield.. hes not a forward or a number 10..we are not playing a traditional 4/3/3. the players are all over the place and we never hardly end up with a number 9 centrally .

We need to use the width and be more direct second half and take the quickest route to chance creation and goal in as few passes as possible and shoot when it is in to

Players not shooting is caused by the overpassing and it’s unnecessary

Come the FUCK on Liverpool let’s be A LOT better second half and get the win

Frimpong abd Jerez need to be released and drive and out quality deliveries in

Again though full backs don’t have the quality that Forwards do

I’d be tempted to bring Ekitije in for Wirtz abd go 433 second half

we weren't paying Guehi 300 grand a week. I can understand why. we have the highest wage bill in the country. Thanks to Salah and Virgil. I can't understand why we ain't getting another centre back though. and relying on Gomez to remain fit is like telling Trump to shut the fk up its not possible
