    I really like Harvey Barnes.

If Wham get relegated then Summerville and Bowen could be decent options.

Harry Wilson back on free wouldn't be a terrible signing. Would help with the HG numbers.

This all assumes that Mo and Chiesa will be moved on...
I mentioned the two Wham players recently. Both good, Barnes is too but struggles with fitness and always seems more effective off the bench to me. Saying that though I'd be hoping for better signings than those three.
The defining moments in our lives are never planned.

    • Possible options, I’d thought about those three too

Hopefully we can aim higher than that if possible

It will depend if Slot stays which to me looks doubtful and what the set up will be, to me it’s still criminal he broke it

Don’t see 3412 with Frimpong and Kerkez supposedly creating from wide working at all really easy to counter on too, plays right into the hands of every low block

We urgently required 2 wide forwards in the summer

        Who do you guys suggest?
Going to depend on budget and if we are targeting a total rebuild or not - if we're going super young we could look at Désiré Doué and Yan Diomande as a combo.

I would not be remotely surprised if we target a single wide player and a right-back though and move Frimpong "up" to become a right-wide option, as it would be cheaper - likely providing more wiggle-room to acquire a midfielder or centre-back or whatever else is needed.

Don't foresee us having an outlay as big as last year and do foresee us trying to address the Home-grown quota - Anderson or Wharton replacing Mac Allister, something like that.

        • Wouldn't mind a top player to replace Salah, replacement for Maca, and then a "cheaper" attacking option who will do a job, no point chiesa being here.

          • Watching Forest this evening and Elliot Anderson would most definitely improve our midfield

              If used correctly of course

I’d like to see more of Nyoni he supports it really well, moves to be in great positions to receive it and pick passes and presses really well and keeps play ticking over very nicely when given a chance

Could be a metronome type player in future

              • Yeah we really need Diomande he’s exactly what we need

We need to be really active and courting him this player

The filthy are regularly scouting him and we need to have out hat in the ring

Remind him their club has been a graveyard for the best young players for over a decade and the players he’d be joining have dropped off a cliff abd crumbled when presented with challenges time and time and time again

We need this lad can play left and right too

                    • My man Tonali is set to be in very high demand this summer Real and others rumoured to be pursuing him, he’d make a great number 6 for us and was my third I wanted in when we replaced the midfield for a midfield 3 but also in mind how with their attributes he and Gravenberch could make a powerful double pivot

                      • I know hes a bit of a tosser. But i'd go for Anthony Gordon for the left side of our attack.. He would be a massive upgrade on Gakpo

Gordon left Diomande right, both can play LFWD RFWD & false 9 just what we need

                          • Yep we need players that can get into the box from deep. would help out Isak as well he needs to be in the box. to slot away chances he and Gordon had a great understanding at Newcastle..
