And Chelsea's a bit closer to ours now
Chelsea don't have the easiest of fixture lists (not that we do either) and the 4-point cushion we have right now is potentially quite big given the context of them having lost 4 of their last 5 League games.

We also play them, at Anfield, later in the season. Hopefully we are in a position by then where a draw is enough.

The real losers today are Tottenham. Their fixtures don't look very inviting and whilst being just two points from safety may feel like nothing, they've now got a solitary point (against us....) from their last available 18 and now have just six opportunities left to try and overtake one of Leeds, Forest or West Ham - with West Ham in particular finding something at just the right time.

    A scary time for Tottenham.

Anyone would think they were charged with the breaking of 115 rules or summat. That was 3 years and 2 months ago.
They shouldnt have been allowed to do any deals until that was sorted. Instead they have spent 100s of millions.

We should be able to hold off Chelsea, especially as we play them at Anfield as you say.

Have Aston Villa arrested their freefall?
We play them in the run in too. So Champions League is kind of in our hands.

I won't really be surprised if Spurs don't win another match, it's about mentality now

Forest and West Ham players are familiar with this end of the table, not sure how many Spurs players have been in the trenches before.

Just to put more pressure on Spurs, Leeds take an early lead at Old Trafford

Oh my days Tanaka rounds the keeper but Martinez clears it off the line, could have been 3-0 at half time

Still 45 minutes left but if Leeds can hold this lead they will be 6 points clear with 6 games remaining.

Leeds fantastic to watch, just great pressing and running and no shortage of skill

Apparently Leeds have never scored 3 at Old Trafford in the top flight before.

Hehe, Gary Neville: hair pulling, that's a red card "nowadays".
