Leeds’ appeal against the red card shown to Pascal Struijk in Sunday’s 3-0 defeat by Liverpool has been unsuccessful, prompting Harvey Elliott to describe the Football Association’s decision as wrong.
Struijk was shown a straight red for a challenge on Liverpool’s Elliott in the second half of the Premier League match at Elland Road and will be suspended for three games.
