Chelsea and Liverpool's interest in Dayot Upamecano has been confirmed by Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
The RB Leipzig defender has been a target for Europe's biggest clubs for years despite still being just 22-years-old.
Upamecano is available for a relatively cheap £38million due to a clause in his Leipzig contract, attracting German giants Bayern and both Chelsea and Liverpool.
